


Then, just one last thing before I bring her on. It took me a little bit longer, but it was totally worth it because I loved how much it made me think. I would like to say it’s a quick read because it is, it’s less than 100 pages, but at the same time, there are so many dynamic ideas and incredible suggestions that I ended up spending a lot of time reading, but even more so thinking and reflecting about everything that was in there.

The book, and Liz–as the author–ask you to reflect on your practice and then, direct you toward goal setting and measuring progress and customizing instruction and most importantly, how you can engage your students the entire time throughout that process. I read it recently and let me just say this book is a great read and there are so many ideas for you to take away.
